Here are some true translations, multinational companies attempted to capture the local market of foreign countries.

PepsiCo tried Chinese translation of “Come Alive. You’re in the Pepsi generation” which in Chinese meant “Pepsi Brings Your Ancestors Back from the Dead”.

Coors Brewing Company tried Spanish translation of “Turn it Loose” which meant in Spanish “Suffer from Diarrhea”.

Perdue Chicken tried Spanish translation of “It Takes a Strong Man to Make a Chicken Tender” which meant in Spanish “It takes an Aroused Man to Make a Chicken Affectionate”.

KFC tried Japanese translation of “finger-lickin good” which meant in Japanese “Bite Your Fingers Off”.
